Carole Moser, Senior Client Associate
Client care is Carole’s top priority, and with over 30 years of experience, she considers Anchor Investment Management the best in the business at client engagement. Carole believes the positive and nurturing culture at Anchor cultivates cooperation between colleagues, and this synergy attracts clients who can trust Anchor to always do the right thing.
Carole grew up in Pensacola, Florida and launched her career in banking before she finished high school. After graduating, she continued working in banking on a part-time basis while attending classes at Florida State University. She finished her education at the University of South Carolina and worked at First National Bank, which would eventually become Wachovia Bank, from 1975 until her retirement in 2002. She started as a receptionist but retired as Senior Vice President of Wachovia Securites’ Investment Center in Columbia. Carole returned to work in 2008 on a part-time basis when her mentor, Pat Dorn, started growing Anchor. The part-time position became full-time and Carole wouldn’t have it any other way.
Carole feels grateful for the opportunity of working at a place like Anchor, especially for the support offered during her late husband’s battle with cancer. They have one adult son, and when Carole isn’t at the office, she enjoys serving the community through volunteer work with several civic organizations. She stays active in her church and keeps busy in her vegetable and flower gardens, and she nurtures her creative energy through pottery and oil painting.
