Sandra Hastings, Senior Client Associate
Sandra places a high priority on client care and satisfaction, believing “clients go where they feel welcomed, and they stay where they’re appreciated.” She believes in working hard and striving to meet or exceed client expectations while supporting the mission of Anchor Investment Management.
As a German-born immigrant, English is Sandra’s second language. She moved to the United States in 1982 and joined the banking industry as a teller in 1990 where she cultivated her love of numbers into a career path. Through hard work and maintaining a positive attitude, Sandra served in several higher positions at Wells Fargo to include Senior Loan Officer, Merchant Service Officer, and Vice President. She became an independent mortgage broker before joining Watkins Financial Group, and in 2017, Sandra joined the team at Anchor when the two firms merged.
Sandra lives by the “sundown rule” where tasks and research are complete by day’s end. This allows her to budget time wisely while at the office and spend more of it with her family. She has two grown children and three grandchildren, and she enjoys traveling whenever she’s not at the office or with her family.
